- Requirements
- -----------------------------------------------------------------------------
-
-
- LogicBBS requires kickstart version 2.x or higher. A minimum space of
- 1 megabyte free on your HOST drive. and furthermore you will need
- a fully installed workbench, and the reqtools.library.
- LogicBBS can be started from a diskdrive or harddrive. A harddrive
- installation is what is expected as the filebase will not be able to run
- without enough free space on HOST drive.
- Memory requirements is minimum, you can start off with 2 megs of free memory.
- It all depends on your configuration of LogicBBS.
-
- example:
- 1 Node with 16/16K r/w hydra cachebuffers and 16K serialcache and
- 10K internal diskcache takes only 435K memory.
- An additional node requires 125K extra memory. with the same settings as
- with the 1 node system.
-
-
- Lookup list
- -----------
-
- - Kickstart 2.x or higher (Software version or hardware(ROM) version)
- - reqtools.library
- - 1 megabyte free diskdrive space (after installation of LogicBBS)
- - Stack for LogicBBS/Server should be set to 16384 bytes.
- (Change it through ICON->INFORMATION menu in workbench, if not already set)
-
- If you want the bbs to autostart at reset, put the mainprogram file, and its
- icon into the WBSTARTUP drawer, and make sure you load workbench at startup.
-
-
-
- To start Rexx doors, you need the command "RX" in your C: directory,
- the system will NOT search in patched directories, used with the "PATH ADD"
- command. So you must copy the RX program yourself from the REXXC directory
- into your C: path.
